A booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received and a confirmation message is sent by Owais Tour and Travels.
Itinerary changes
Sequence of activities may change due to weather, road, or local conditions. Inclusions remain as agreed unless mutually revised.
Liability
Owais Tour and Travels arranges transport and accommodation on your behalf but is not liable for delays caused by third parties, weather, or force majeure events.
Conduct
Travellers are expected to follow local rules at religious and protected sites, and to treat drivers and staff respectfully.
