Refund Policy
Eligible refunds
Refunds apply to cancellations made in line with the Cancellation Policy, or in cases where Owais Tour and Travels is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking.
Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-refundable items
Government entry fees, permits, and third-party tickets already purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
