Cancellation Policy
Standard terms
Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. 50% refund for cancellations 3–6 days before departure. No refund within 48 hours of departure.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 5 days before the original departure date, subject to availability.
Exceptions
Char Dham and other permit-based pilgrimage packages may carry different terms due to non-refundable registration fees — these are shared at the time of booking.
